I agree on vegetables having a high source of protein. However, they also help sweep food out. Animal protein does thee opposite. It causes stagnation, which equals... More autointoxication. Not even animals eat that much animal protein. Don't think you do? If a typical breakfast consists of bacon (or ham) and eggs. With some cheese or side of milk. That's THREE ANIMALS. Pig, chicken & cow. Multiply that by 2 - 3 meals/day, year after year. We're talking WHOA!! Then expect to look and feel like a million bucks. YIKES! Who's fooling who?
There's a reason breath mints, deodorant, and cosmetics are being used and abused. It's called STENCH.

I'm not a fan of going vegan for life. To turn your health around, yes. As a way of life, it takes a lot of KNOW HOW, and some wholesome food.
If keeping your body free of dis-ease isn't reason enough to cut back on animal protein, so your body can do its THANG. Just know. You take on the fear and anger of each and every slaughtered animal. This excludes those facilities that don't herd them in, like the number that they are.
Should your health not inspire you to treat your body with respect. Perhaps the planet on which you live, will. It takes huge amounts of water to feed animals. California or not. NOT cool.
